About Us

The Bayou Board of REALTORS, Inc. was formed on September 19, 1960, and the Bayou Board Multiple Listing Service was registered on February 16, 1987. The two entities merged on January 8, 2001, becoming the Bayou Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (BBR). In May of 2021, the Bayou Board of REALTORS® became one of the founding members of ROAM MLS. We work to provide REALTORS® and Affiliate members with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to remain successful. The Bayou Board of REALTORS® serves the jurisdiction, as assigned by the National Association of REALTORS®, made up of the following parishes (counties): Assumption, Lafourche, Terrebonne, and St. Mary.
